How Does One-to-One Kart Driver Coaching Actually Work?

Every kart driver I have coached is different...you will have a combination of driving strengths that no other driver has, I will recognise those and help you keep them- and then we can exploit your driving strengths and teach how to take full advantage of them

For karting driver coaching to work for you and get the results you want, we first have to establish exactly what you want to acheive from driver coaching.

So the first step is for us to talk about exactly how you want to improve your kart driving. Then we can agree on the steps we can take to get you where you want.

Do you want to be at a level to compete for the national karting title, or do you want to win the local club championship?
Do you want to overtake more karts?
Are you too aggressive, or not aggressive enough?
Are there specific karting techniques you want to master, like trail braking?
From our conversations I will write a specific practice day plan for you to get started on acheiving the results you want

What happens at the track on a kart driver coaching day?

I prefer to travel to the track of your choice, it depends what you want- do you want to learn a new track or master your favourite?

First of all I like to see you drive, your own way. From that I will see the aspects of your driving which you need to keep, beleive it or not I always see something in your driving that is priceless!
